I can't say enough good things about Dave and Aquarium Xpress. From the first visit, it was obvious that Dave knows his stuff, but what has impressed me just as much is the way he approaches the hobby and his customers. He takes the time to explain what he's doing, why he's doing it, and never makes you feel rushed or like you're asking a stupid question. I'm fairly new to reef keeping and wanted someone I could trust not only to help me build and maintain the system, but also to teach me along the way. Dave has been exactly that. He has helped with equipment issues, improved the aquascape and water flow, gotten the system running the way it should, and helped take a lot of the stress and second-guessing out of the process. His attention to detail is outstanding. Even little things, like fixing the cabinet doors while he was here, tell you a lot about how he works. He clearly takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the tanks he services. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Aquarium Xpress. Having Dave and his team as partners in this reef project has given me a level of confidence I didn't have before. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, and genuinely passionate about the hobby, I highly recommend Dave and Aquarium Xpress. Five stars without hesitation.

Dave is absolutely the best. He started helping me before I ever spent a dollar, and that told me everything I needed to know about his character. He's incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely cares about the health of the fish and corals, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Dave was such a big help with getting me a high quality fish on such short notice. The QT and attention to detail was top notch! Got the fish situated at home and she was eating nori within the first few hours. That speaks volumes to the health of the animals. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

David at Aquarium Xpress is great! For context my wife found his shop on google Friday 6/12. We decided to go up in the afternoon not realizing his shop is by appointment only (google leaves this out). Anyway when we got up there David was out, my wife called the business number and David answered, informed us he is technically appointment only but told us he would be back home within 10 min if we wanted to stay. We left to drive around the little town quick and by the time we came back around David was back and invited us right in. We spent probably a good 1.5-2 hours looking at his corals and asking question about the corals and general hobby questions. It's not every day you find someone like David in this hobby who has the experience to help direct you and give some advice, but David encouraged the questions and couldn't be happier to talk about anything and everything that came to us to ask. We ended up walking out with a couple very nice frags. Davids primary business is set up/Maintenance, we will be taking advantage of his services when we do our first bigger reef tank. He also provides professional aquarium moving services.
